Evert Jan Robberts and his partner Analou Suan are committed to eco-farming. They own and run an organic farm in Sinacaban, Misamis Occidental, which belonged to the former wife of Evert, Ms. Francisca Maghuyop. The farmers follow a holistic approach to agriculture starting with regenerating and preserving the soil. The farm has a 250 m2 greenhouse, 172 m2 rain shelter and is certified for organic farming by the Misamis Occidental Organic Agricultural Association.

Paglaum farm strongly supports sustainable agricultural farming as it cultivates farming practices that considers the ecological cycles. They produce both organic grown crops and domesticated animals in a 2 hectares farm. It was developed and equipped to house not only nutritious and healthy food as well as brings up the standard of living of the farmer.
